Trumark Homes Q3 Year End Savings Push
This year-end campaign for Trumark Homes was designed to build momentum and drive new-home closings. The mission: energize buyers and help the team finish the year strong.
I led digital creative direction, developing website visuals and ad assets that created a cohesive, motivating path toward conversion.

For the homepage pop-up, I introduced subtle animation to make the campaign feel more dynamic and engaging, aligning it with the overall energetic tone.

Meta Campaigns
This Meta carousel campaign was designed to bring the “Let’s Do This” energy to life in a way that felt personal, inviting, and motivating. As part of Trumark Homes’ year-end push, the goal was to create a scroll-stopping experience that reminded homebuyers of the why behind purchasing a new home, those everyday moments that make a house truly theirs.

This retargeting Meta ad highlights both the lifestyle and the home to create an emotional connection with past visitors.
Since it’s a short video, the focus leans more on lifestyle appeal than the full ‘Let’s Do This’ campaign. The goal was to capture attention fast and leave a warm, memorable impression.
